Meet2More was designed to provide a seamless and intuitive dating experience, focusing on efficiency and user-friendliness. The goal was to create an app that allows users to find compatible matches quickly without unnecessary distractions. The challenge was to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, an intuitive interface, and a fast, engaging matching process.

Process
To create a dating app that feels effortless and engaging, I focused on optimizing user experience, navigation, and interaction flow.

Research & Planning
I received a client-led analysis of user behavior on dating apps, identifying key frustrations like slow matches, confusing interfaces, and feature overload. From these insights, I outlined the core principles of Meet2More: simplicity, speed, and an intuitive user interface.

Design & Prototyping
I developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test user flows, ensuring that key actions-swiping, messaging, and profile browsing-were frictionless. The UI was crafted to be minimalistic, visually appealing, and highly interactive, optimizing the matching process with a fluid and engaging design.

Implementation
The final design was focused on quick, seamless interactions. I introduced:

• A one-tap interaction system for effortless navigation.
• A clean, swipe-based UI that keeps users engaged without overwhelming them with excessive features.

I had the opportunity to work on the redesign of Motowarsztat.pl — a SaaS platform dedicated to automotive workshop management. The main goal was to modernize the user interface and improve usability by creating a new Design System based on Bootstrap 5. Once the foundation was set, I proceeded to redesign the entire web platform, including responsive views for mobile and tablet users. The focus was on ensuring intuitive navigation, faster task execution, and a clean, modern aesthetic that meets the expectations of today’s automotive professionals.

Process:
I divided the entire process into stages – from UX analysis, through building a component system, to delivering the final UI redesign.

• Audit & Analysis: I analyzed the existing interface and identified key usability pain points and visual inconsistencies.
• Design System: I created a flexible UI component system based on Bootstrap 5 – defining typography, colors, spacings, buttons, form elements, and more.
• Responsive UI Redesign: Using the new design system, I designed complete platform views optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

Solution:
The redesign significantly improved the platform’s readability and usability. The implementation of the Design System also enhanced the visual consistency and scalability of the product.
