I'm a composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with two music degrees and sixteen years of production and mixing experience. Most recently I composed the sonic identity for Intuit QuickBooks & Mailchimp's national Small Business Hero Program—a two-minute work delivered in dozens of variations that scored every winner-announcement video and PR asset in the campaign, holding one emotional through-line across every cut length, edit, and tonal register. That's the problem I'm best at solving: music that supports the picture, keeps a consistent identity across an entire set of videos, sits underneath voiceover without fighting it, and can be stretched, trimmed, or stripped down without falling apart. Whether it's a single product spot or a full campaign, I write for the edit, not just the runtime. Beyond brand work, I compose concert and dramatic music—orchestral, wind ensemble, and chamber writing performed across the U.S., France, Spain, Germany, Taiwan, Latvia, and China. My percussion concerto Dichotomous Figures has been programmed by the Orquestra Sinfônica de Porto Alegre for its South American premiere. I've scored film, dance, and podcasts, including sound design and score-to-picture work, which makes me a strong fit for game audio and other projects needing music, sound effects, and atmosphere from a single source. I also handle everything downstream myself: I record, produce, mix, and master, and I play percussion, drum set, piano and keys, guitar, bass, and voice. That means fewer handoffs, real instruments when a project needs them, and revisions turned around quickly. Over sixteen years I've produced and mixed for independent artists and ensembles across jazz, indie and synth rock, americana, neo-soul, and contemporary classical, and I've spent the last decade consulting one-on-one with artists on arrangement, mixing, and mastering. Most of my clients come back. I hold a B.M. in Music Composition and Percussion Performance from Ithaca College and an M.M. in Commercial Music Composition & Arranging from Belmont University. I'm easy to work with, direct about what a project actually needs, and I hit deadlines.
