Radu Alexandru Vasile

I am a graduate student at the American Hotel Academy and Manhattan Studies Institute with a diverse background in the hospitality industry, having worked for top companies in Italy, the United States, and Romania. I am passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and sharing knowledge from my career in hospitality.

In 2020 I launched a gluten-free blog that grew into Romania’s largest community of its kind. I later published Romania’s first gluten-free cookbook and created Gluten Advisor, an app featuring recipes, articles, and a map of coeliac-friendly locations across Europe. I continue to develop resources that help people live and eat gluten-free with confidence.
