My name is Rae, and I come from a small town with a tight-knit community and a thriving art scene.
About
My name is Rae, and I come from a small town with a tight-knit community and a thriving art scene. I have over ten years of experience as an artist, with a strong passion for using lighting and color to create powerful emotions in my work.
I discovered my love for lighting the human figure during four years of technical theatre. Additionally, I spent four years in marketing, focusing on graphic design and learning how to market my work. In an art class where I got top marks on the final exam with my portfolio, I also participated in the Gold Key Scholarship, placing second in 2020 for the New York Ballet’s Nutcracker. In 2024, my art was featured in Gallery 4 Percent’s Faces & Features 3 Contest.
I focus on portraiture, capturing the depth of human expression and form. My dream is to succeed in the art world and leave retail, so I can better care for my parents’ health needs.
I’m always looking for new opportunities and collaborations that inspire and challenge me.
