Overview
Led the end-to-end social media function for Whitefield Careers, an IT Services & Consulting, from the ground up. Over 7 years, I built and scaled the brand’s entire online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — growing it from a nascent digital footprint to a recognized, engaged community in the careers and education space.

What I Did
• Developed and executed the full social media strategy — content pillars, audience personas, posting cadence, brand voice and visual identity.
• Created and managed all content: graphics, captions, carousels, short-form videos and Instagram Reels — maintaining a consistent 2+ posts per day schedule across platforms.
• Built a Reels and short-video production pipeline that drove a 200%+ increase in brand reach, significantly expanding audience beyond existing followers.
• Ran community management — responding to comments and DMs, nurturing engagement, and building a loyal follower base.
• Coordinated social content with the wider marketing team to align with blog publishing, email campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Tracked performance weekly using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools, adapting content strategy based on what drove the most engagement and reach.
• Managed influencer outreach and brand collaborations to extend visibility within the careers niche.
