Hi, I’m Redžinald Šimek. I was born on January 22, 1976 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and I earned my degree in Film Editing from the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo. Over more than 20 years I have worked across film, television, and video production, focusing on narrative editing, documentaries, animated films, commercials, branded content, and social media productions.
I’ve collaborated with video artists on conceptual projects, live visual performances, installations, and experimental video art. I also work as an animation and motion designer, with solid knowledge of production and post-production workflows and a keen eye for emerging technologies. I value teamwork, adaptability, and delivering high-quality results under deadlines, and I’ve supported UNICEF’s child-focused communication through an ongoing collaboration. I also create social media content for clients like Erste Foundation, Adobe, and Stop TB.
