I’m Renat Ibragimov, a traditional 2D animator and animator assistant with experience since 2000, working across feature and short films, series, and commercials. I enjoy combining multiple animation approaches—hand-drawn animation, cut-out, digital puppets, and clay/stop-motion—and I’m especially motivated by creating expressive character work and dynamic title or music-video visuals.
In my work, I also support complex post-production tasks such as rotoscoping, keying, clean-up, camera tracking, and compositing in After Effects. Based in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, I’ve continued as an independent freelance animator on platforms like Upwork, focusing on short animated forms such as music videos, titles, and logo animations, while always experimenting with new techniques and creative media.
