Redesigned the SOF App (formerly the old member portal) from scratch to improve user experience and system control.
Designed interface improvements for three platforms: talent, back office and website, for desk to p, mobile and tablet. Increased profile fulfillment by 90% after designing a feature to import LinkedIn data. Created wireframes, prototyped flows and participated in discovery process: rough idea, refining, ideation, validation (user testing) and documentation. Interviewed users for a continuous discovery process.
Helped to review design system architecture, design the screens and features for a back office portal project. Suggested improvements to allow more customizable elements, while considering engineering team restrictions and feedback.
