Hi, I’m Rian. I was born in Portland, Oregon but have lived and traveled around the world. For as long as can remember, I have wanted to tell stories through art but it wasn’t until high school that I began to take my passion for camerawork and writing seriously. Since then, I’ve worked to hone my craft and collect experiences, including trips to South Africa and Cuba to study the art of photography. I’m studying Cinematography and Screenwriting at Savannah College of Art and Design and will graduate in May. After visiting over 30 countries and defining my approach and artistic voice, I realized that I want my work to tell stories about the subject (fictional or non-fictional) but also to to inspire others to express themselves in ways that feel authentic and true.…Hi, I’m Rian.
