Ricardo Tomita was born in Mexico City and raised between Texas and Tokyo. He studied film and animation production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He works as a freelance storyboard artist, drawing everything from a Buick TV spot to a Charlie Puth music video. He also creates cartoon fire safety PSAs for the San Antonio Fire Department. When he’s not making films or designing graphics, he loves researching, and when he’s not researching, he loves indulging in art, humor, stories, gastronomy, and sports. He currently lives in San Antonio with his one Norfolk Island Pine and fourteen golf clubs.
