Source and negotiate pricing for services including Software Testing, Cyber Security testing, Environmental and Thermal Testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, resource needs, and financial constraints. Monitor timelines and coordinate with stakeholders. Track risks, issues, action logs and saving potentials; present quarterly budgets, BOM costs, project risks, and change requests with mitigation strategies to senior management.

Scope management: track scope baseline and implement changes via RFCs. Schedule management: plan, track, monitor, and control project schedules using P6/Gantt Pro to meet milestones within time, budget, scope, and quality. Cost management: prepare estimates and quarterly forecasts; analyze forecast vs actuals. Tendering & Contracting: issue and evaluate RFIs/RFQs, proposals, and PO approvals using SAP ERP; track inventory and spares in CMMS and SAP-MM. Stakeholder management: maintain active engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, ministries, and clients, to provide status updates.
