From 2019 to 2024 I was part of Johnson Health Tech’s Global Training & Education Team as Head of Learning, holding International Product Activation Manager and International Learning & Development Manager roles. I contributed to research and content development for international sales teams and key accounts in the fitness and health sector, helped scale operations with a CRM system and onboarding automations, and ensured CPD certification offerings and Cyber Essentials certification.
