Roger Spees

I’m a composer and pianist with over 25 years of experience creating music for film, video, and immersive storytelling.

I specialize in emotionally driven, cinematic sound — translating visuals, narrative, and psychological depth into music that enhances tension, atmosphere, and flow.

My approach combines strong compositional skills with a highly intuitive way of working. Instead of relying on fixed structures, I compose directly from what the story and visuals ask for. This results in music that feels organic, precise, and deeply connected to the scene.

I work with piano, ambient textures, and modern production tools to create:

• Film scores and cinematic compositions
• Psychological tension and suspense layers
• Ambient and immersive soundscapes
• Music that supports pacing and emotional impact

I’m experienced in remote collaboration, working closely with directors and creators, and delivering high-quality audio ready for production.

If you’re looking for music that doesn’t just support your project, but elevates the emotional experience — I’d love to collaborate.
