I’m Eric D. Rucker Jr., a strategic technical leader who blends business development, program management, and deep defense acquisition/test expertise to deliver mission outcomes and grow innovative teams. Across Air Force acquisition leadership and multinational defense technology programs, I’ve managed complex stakeholders, built resilient execution plans, and consistently driven measurable growth—while staying focused on policy, schedule, and technical excellence.
In parallel, I’m the Founder and CEO of Unknown Music Productions, where I lead executive strategy, operations, and finance, and I develop proposals for NASA, the US Air Force, DARPA, and the Navy. I also direct creative content spanning music, art, and video production—bringing the same discipline I use in government and engineering to storytelling, production, and customer-ready deliverables.
