Lead the country's most senior representative-level creative production practice, directing over 100 multimedia projects, documentaries, campaigns and live shows for institutional clients including the British Council Rwanda, the EU Delegation to Rwanda, The Wellspring Foundation for Education, UNDP, World Vision Rwanda, GIZ, Heifer International, the University of Global Health Equity and African Leadership University. • Manage day-to-day portfolio delivery to international quality and contract-management standards; hold a team of 5 staff and a network of freelance specialists and delivery partners to account, improving operational efficiency by 25%. • Own end-to-end financial management of the company, including budgeting, client contracting, supplier/procurement management and compliance. • Build and sustain institutional and sector relationships with government-adjacent, multilateral and notfor- profit partners, opening doors for new collaborations and a 40% increase in client engagement. • Shape brand and market positioning for clients seeking credible, high-quality representation of their work in Rwanda, and advise on digital content strategy to extend reach and impact. • Actively embed equity, diversity and inclusion principles in team culture, casting and storytelling approach across productions.
