Led design decisions for the Delfi.lt portal (around 500k users per day) and the subscription product, improving user experience and contributing to increased portal conversion. Delivered key projects: Live Blog integration, search system improvements, “Delfi Fone” podcast integration on the portal, and newsletter system updates. Ensured a smooth user journey in subscription purchase and the implementation of new features: personalized content integration on the portal and the introduction of partner benefits offers for subscribers.
