As part of the design team at The House of Kamiar Rokni, I contributed to the development of luxury bridal and couture collections. My role involved creating design concepts, developing detailed sketches, and working on fabric selection, color palettes, and embroidery layouts. I collaborated closely with artisans and production teams to translate creative ideas into finely crafted garments that reflect the brand’s signature aesthetic. I also assisted in fittings, sample development, and coordination of photoshoots and fashion presentations.

Production Planning & Execution • Assist in planning and scheduling daily/weekly production targets. • Coordinate with the production manager to ensure timely execution of orders. • Monitor production processes to ensure workflow efficiency and output quality. Quality Control Support • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality standards are maintained. • Identify and rectify issues that may affect product quality during production. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain daily production reports and share updates with senior management. • Document production data like line efficiency, rejection rates, and wastage. Order Fulfillment • Track order progress against buyer deadlines. • Support in managing last-minute changes or reworks to ensure timely delivery. Problem Solving • Troubleshoot technical or production issues (machine breakdowns, labor shortages, etc.) • Assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain smooth operations. Line Supervision • Supervise stitching, finishing, and packing lines. • Ensure that each department meets assigned production targets. • Resolve bottlenecks or line delays promptly.
