I grew up in a home where creating was never just a hobby—it was our language. My father has worked as a designer and advertiser for over 30 years, and my mother has been a craftsperson since her youth. In that environment, I learned that communication is about giving form to ideas—and that good design transforms intentions into results. At 11 years old, while others were playing games, I spent hours in Photoshop exploring virtual tuning. Inspired by Fast & Furious and Need for Speed, I was already trying to transform something ordinary into something unique. Looking back, I was unknowingly developing my eye for visual transformation and user experience. During my teenage years, I began frequenting my father's agency in Rio Grande. I watched campaigns come to life, talked with the team, and understood how design truly impacts business. At 18, I secured my first formal opportunity. Within a month, I was delivering projects independently. A year later, I was leading the design area and structuring the company's digital sector—migrating products from print to digital, creating methodologies, and training the team for this transition. That experience taught me something fundamental: design isn't just about creating beautiful interfaces—it's about solving real problems, structuring processes, and empowering people. Years later, when I learned my daughter Marina was on the way, I decided to pursue bigger challenges. I entered the digital product market and participated in high-complexity projects: I worked with Grupo Virtus (Wendell Carvalho & Karina Peloi) on a launch that reached R$ 5M/month (~$1M/month), created creative assets that became market references, and optimized infrastructures that generated R$ 3,000/month (~$600/month) in savings for operations like Feel Alive Holding. More recently, I've been developing Ophelia, a SaaS plugin for Figma that increases designer productivity by up to 5x without compromising creative autonomy—a project that combines my passion for creating tools that help others work better. Over these 11 years, I've built expertise in scalable design systems, advanced prototyping, and strategic collaboration with product teams. I've always loved creating, but more than that, I've always loved helping—teaching, organizing processes, and sharing knowledge is part of how I work. Today, I feel it's time to bring this experience to larger projects, more complex teams, and international challenges. For me, growth happens when purpose and responsibility meet—and that's the kind of environment where I want to continue evolving and contributing. I'm available to discuss how I can add value to your team. Best regards, Samuel Florentino de Oliveira --- Contact: _Email not available.
