As a fairly new Berlin resident, I've been fostering my fourth literary community, doing linguistic editing and writing freelance work, and performing poetry—all while trying to learn German. I've also been known to reach into my bag to give out prizes to those who compliment me on my deep/soothing voice. As far as my background goes: I have found myself happily grounded in the nexus between linguistics and story-telling.
