Selected as one of the first 3 UX designers hired at Red 6; contributed to early product development. Developed product roadmaps and checkpoints in alignment with contract deliverables. Created and published product interface guidelines and component libraries for 1 product. Drafted technical documents for every feature release; distributed to engineering and leadership. Collaborated with 2 product managers for end-to-end product design and delivery. Conducted bi-weekly user interviews with test pilots to provide qualitative insights.
