sarieaguirre

Hi! I’m Sarah, but feel free to call me Sarie.

I am a songwriter (10 years experience), producer (5 years), and violinist (19 years!) based in Brooklyn, NY. I have a degree from NYU in Music Theory and Composition, with a focus in Contemporary Songwriting and Production. I specialize in cowrites / writing for others, and I excel at genre bending, storytelling, metaphor writing, surrealism. I’m happy to work with a tight turnaround, and I thrive under time pressure.

Think of me as a machine: you input your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and I’ll process it for you and hand back a complete song. I’m always open to a collaborative process but am also more than happy to take the wheel and execute a complete project start to finish. Hire me to take your project to the next level!
