Produced end-to-end broadcast packages, including scripting, filming (piece-to-camera/voice over), and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. Launched and developed new regional programmes, building contacts and establishing on-screen presence (including Belfast and South Yorkshire). Built and maintained high-value relationships, securing exclusive interviews with key regional figures, including newly elected Humber mayors. Trained new team members on filming standards, storytelling, and package production. Worked independently in the field while collaborating with the head office to support production across 20+ shows.

Was the roving reporter as part of the company's growth drive post-COVID, increasing on-the-ground reporting output across multiple regions. Trained in the head office on all areas of production and the running of how all shows are made.

Learned behind-the-scenes of a live news programme in the gallery, on auto cue and in the studio, as a Camera Operator and floor manager for Notts Today. Sourced and produced my own packages, which were aired on the Notts TV programme. Arranged live guests for the show and aided floor management. Produced a group documentary on a local charity farm in Nottingham, aired on the Notts TV programme. This was done alongside creating my own documentary on working dogs, travelling to Glasgow to film interviews.
