January 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025Designed an inclusive community centre supporting physical rehabilitation, mental well-being, and vocational development. Reimagined an existing building through complete spatial redesign, including zoning and circulation across multiple functional programmes. Developed 20+ design deliverables including plans, sections, elevations, diagrams, and 3D visualisations. Integrated universal accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and sustainable material strategies.
Academic Studio Project: Harvest Table — Farm-to-Table Restaurant
October 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024Reimagined an existing two-storey building into a farm-to-table restaurant focused on sustainability and ethical dining. Planned kitchen, dining, and circulation layouts across 2 floors (670 sqm per floor, 1,340 sqm total). Integrated on-site produce growth areas with customer-facing dining spaces. Produced space planning, design development drawings, and 12+ 3D visualisations.
Academic Studio Project: Greenwave Productions — Hybrid Game Design Studio
July 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024Redesigned an existing commercial office into a hybrid game design studio for a 20-member creative team. Planned flexible workspaces across 2 floors (638 sqm per floor) to support collaboration and hybrid work. Developed zoning strategies for workstations, collaboration zones, and meeting spaces. Delivered design development drawings and 10+ visualisations for final presentation.
Academic Studio Project: Cocoa Pages — Retail Interior Design
May 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024Redesigned a 100 sqm existing retail unit into a sustainability-focused chocolate store and sensory brand experience. Developed a retail concept centered on ethical sourcing, sustainability, and customer immersion. Optimised customer circulation and product display to support retail flow and dwell time. Produced layout drawings, concept visuals, and 8+ high-quality 3D renders.
Residential Interior Design Project: HDB Apartment
January 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024Redesigned an existing two-storey HDB apartment for a multi-generational household of 4 occupants. Planned layouts across 227.5 sqm total area (154 sqm first floor, 73.5 sqm second floor). Resolved a complex HDB configuration where 1 upper unit sits above 2 mirrored lower units. Delivered space planning, design development drawings, and 10+ 3D visualisations to communicate design intent.
