UX/UI Designer at Promocrat

As a UX/UI Designer at Promocrat, I help our cross-functional team build and launch user-centered digital products that meet both user needs and business goals. I conduct qualitative research to understand audience and priorities, translate insights into actionable features, and validate concepts with stakeholders. I perform heuristic evaluations of existing products and propose practical improvements based on findings. I create design artefacts including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to fluid Figma animations and UI micro-interactions. I contribute to building and updating design systems to ensure consistency across products. I focus on improving product conversion rate optimization (CRO) and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
