I am an award-winning writer, director, producer and visual storyteller with a decade of experience in visual storytelling, filmmaking, and screen education. My practice blends creative craft with pedagogy and production management across film, television, documentary and digital media. I am a self-taught videographer and editor with award-winning experience in factual and fictional formats, focusing on story-driven composition and lighting that evoke emotional depth. I teach with a philosophy that combines practical craft with theory, guiding students to connect conceptual ideas with visual execution in an authentically South African voice.
I bring a generalist approach to production, collaborating across writing, directing, cinematography and education to foster distinctive South African storytelling.
