Among my colleagues at IT34 are land surveyors, as well as developers based in Greece and India, which has given me experience in communicating our solutions to individuals with diverse professional and language backgrounds. My expertise in UX extends beyond working in Figma. In the course 'Human-Centered Design for Inclusive Innovation,' I learned the importance of understanding design from the user's perspective. Different users experience the same designs in various ways, and identifying areas where challenges arise is crucial.
