My background is a bit unusual: for the past three years I’ve been a Shift Leader at Biedronka, where I learned to coordinate people, manage workflows, and keep things running smoothly even on busy days. I also worked with UNICEF (lots of face-to-face communication) and did an internship at a travel agency where I used English every day. I don’t have years of formal project coordination experience – but what I do have is a strong sense of responsibility, a genuine love for organizing things, and a quick ability to pick up new tools. I’ve already worked with Excel, SAP, Notions, and I’m comfortable learning new platforms.
