Testable.io is a SaaS platform for monitoring, testing, and managing application reliability. I worked across the platform, contributing to frontend and backend development, APIs, monitoring workflows, and the development of two connected applications: Monitoring and Status Page. Worked on AI Agent integration, allowing users to analyze incidents and monitoring data, create or modify monitors, and execute workflows using natural language. Contributed to SaaS, ecommerce, and business platforms using Ember.js and React. Delivered admin portal and customer dashboard feature work, migrated classic components to Glimmer, and ran internationalization work against a Crowdin pipeline. Refreshed/updated Ember from 4.12 to 6.12 with strict minimal diff policy and improved shared functionality across multiple Ember applications.
Worked on monitoring and load testing SaaS end-to-end across monitoring checks, incident/scenario handling, status pages, and load test results. Built AI agent capabilities where an agent analyzes incidents, creates/updates monitors, and triggers workflow execution through app tools and APIs. Implemented billing, plan purchases, feature flags, usage gating, and AI credit entitlement sharing across applications. Developed a real-time layer using WebSockets for live updates and reactive state fixes, shipped hundreds of features, and resolved thousands of bugs in the main app and shared component library.
