I have a strong background in video editing, post-production, and media strategy—paired with hands-on experience in both political and commercial spheres. As Head of Media at Career Protocol, I edited multiple weekly videos across two YouTube channels as well as video learning content, and an MBA-focused podcast. I worked with raw video files from beginning to end, while shaping the visual strategy of the brand. This position equipped me with intricate and professional experience in video editing and post-production that helped me establish efficient methods to how I work. Prior to that, my work with Aeterno Studio in Florence sharpened my ability to create visually compelling content for social media in the fast paced fashion industry, as well as being their BTS photographer for shoots. At the Houses of Oireachtas (Irish Parliament), I supported former Senator Pippa Hackett’s public image by running her social media, editing long and short-form videos and event content that reflected political priorities and connected with constituents. In terms of education, I studied at Dublin City University between 2017 - 2020 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/ Media, Politics & Social Sciences. My toolkit includes proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, along with skills in photography, SEO, marketing strategies and graphic design. I work often with AI-driven tools such as VidIQ and Happyscribe to aid with SEO tasks so I am very comfortable using such tools, too. I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and bring a global perspective thanks to professional experiences across Ireland, Italy, USA, Spain, and the Netherlands.
