Hi, I am Shannon Spake, a multi-sport anchor and reporter with more than 20 years in the industry. I have covered the NFL, college football and basketball, NASCAR, and, most recently, the NBA. I am a reporter and host for NASCAR on TNT and the Charlotte Hornets on FanDuel Sports Network Southeast, and I also host the Spake Up Podcast and The Day After Spake on NASCAR’s social channels. Before these roles, I built my career across major networks—ESPN, FOX Sports, Speedchannel, WCCB in Charlotte, Nickelodeon, CBS’s The Early Show, and MTV—starting as a production assistant and moving into on-air reporting and hosting. I am a Florida alum (Piper High School and Florida Atlantic University), interned for Neil Rogers in 1999, and even lent my voice to Cars 3 as Shannon Spokes.
