Collaborate with 10-15 clients weekly to create consistent and high-quality vector designs for screen-printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and other uses. Apply composition and color theory to create dynamic and versatile visual designs based on client needs and specifications. Balance multiple tasks and deadlines to complete 7-10 time-sensitive projects weekly. Develop project quotes, process incoming inventory, maintain stock, and assist with outgoing purchases. Operate a two-head Ricoma MT-1502 embroidery machine to produce embroidered garments and other items. Generate and manage 2-5 merchandise platforms weekly to collect pre-orders for custom products. Provide quality control on mine and others’ projects for final delivery.
