Spearheaded development for the LFRA project at CIBC, including sprint planning, task assignment, and end-to-end design and development. Implemented features such as attachments handling, case history tracking, archival/expunge, and PEGA case management workflows. Built REST API and SOAP integrations and supported production issues in live branch sessions.

Led ongoing enhancements for the Compass platform (CIBC) and guided intake activities. Ensured adherence to existing design while redesigning components for complexity. Worked on REST API and SOAP service integrations, as well as Activities, Decision Rules, Declarative Rules, Process Flow, and UI. Analyzed and supported production issues during live sessions with Branch agents.

Led enhancements for the COMPASS solution (CIBC) with a focus on CNA POD. Guided intake processes, redesigned components for requirement-driven changes, and ensured smooth integration with backend systems. Created file listeners, worked on REST API and SOAP integrations, and contributed to response mapping optimization and PDF document merging using PEGA repository APIs.
