Shraddha Bagrodia is a fashion, portrait, and documentary photographer based between Pune and Mumbai. With over six years of industry experience across India, she is known for creating timeless images that evoke emotion and tell compelling stories.
Her time in the UK broadened her professional perspective and deepened her artistic practice—she holds a Master’s degree in Photography from Nottingham Trent University. Shraddha regularly collaborates with fashion designers and homegrown brands, and her work has been featured in publications such as Malvie, Selin, and Vigour.

Vivāh is derived from the Sanskrit word Vivāha for “marriage.” Throughout the history it has always been a traditional rite performed for women and men to stay together.
Shraddha’s project is used as a mirror, letting the viewers see the diverse marriage stories by evoking the sense of realism that would reflect to them or others. Her photographs depict the love, commitment, longing, promises, and complexities of marriage. Through her lens, Shraddha portrays marriage as more than just a ceremony, it is a visual act of affection and bond shared between partners as they navigate life together.
In ode to her own engagement, with ‘Vivāh,’ the photographer captures the diverse journey of marriages with a sense of intimacy and authenticity. Her goal is not to document marriages but to offer viewers the chance to see the world of love, and to have a glimpse into the heart of what it means to be married, a journey filled with love, challenges, excitement and above all companionship.
