Aspen Beveridge is a musician, audio engineer, and producer located in Watrous, Saskatchewan. He is a guitarist and vocalist in the rock band League of Wolves (formerly Inside Pocket and Warner Music Canada). Beveridge studied recording arts at the Banff Centre (Alberta) and also in Provence, France while attending the Mix With The Masters program. He has worked and studied under many reputable producers such as Gavin Brown (Three Days Grace, The Tragically Hip), Shawn Everett (Alabama Shakes, Bob Dylan, Weezer), David Gleeson (Third Eye Blind, Pearl Jam) and Jacquire King (James Bay, Kings of Leon).  Over the course of his career, Beveridge has also worked as a composer, sound supervisor, and mixer for a variety of web-series television programs and independent films. He now owns and operates Skullcreek Studios, based out of Watrous, Saskatchewan. The studio was nominated for the Saskatchewan Country Music Association Award (SCMA) for Studio of the Year in 2021, 2022, 2023 and was recently awarded Studio of the Year for 2024. Beveridge was also nominated for songwriter of the year and producer of the year at the 2024 SCMA’s. Beveridge produced the album ‘Light in the Dark’, released by local rock group Seven Mile Sun, which was nominated for Sask Music’s Album of the Year in 2021. Another Saskatchewan-based artist, Son of Han’s self-titled album, which Beveridge produced was also nominated for album of the year by Sask Music in 2023. Son of Han was named North Sask Music Zine’s album of the year for 2023. Beveridge and the studio have recently become active participants in the Community Arts Mentorship Program. A handful of mentees have rotated into the studio throughout the year in order to develop skills such as songwriting, audio engineering, mixing, mastering, and other forms of music production. The relationships and community building as a result are extremely important to Beveridge and the studio, so it will likely be a long-lasting joint endeavour into the foreseeable future.
