I’m Kevin Mendez Silva, a music producer and guitarist with 9 years of experience, working as a solo artist, sheet music transcriber, mixing engineer, and composer for two bands across hardcore, emo, math, ska, jazz, pop, and progressive rock. I’m currently distributing my first album, a collaborative project with several artists titled ‘REM’.
I’m passionate about collaborating with artists to shape arrangements, capture authentic performances in the studio, and deliver polished recordings suitable for streaming, live venues, and film or media projects.
The empty room is nothing more than a concept.
The most representative song for this title is “Broken Mirrors,” since the first thing we hear is a lot of unintelligible background noise while the main theme unfolds.
The room represents our mind, the written messages are our deepest thoughts, scattered everywhere, and the character in the room is you, trapped in a self-contradictory sentence.
The room is full of thoughts, but in reality, it’s empty.

On this album, I sought to represent the dream world as if we could see what goes on in our heads through a TV screen. In a way, our minds have the power to show us images, scenarios, nightmares, and to manifest abstract ideas.
Moonlight is a collection of songs I composed between 2019 and 2020. The intention was to explore a sound somewhere between symphonic and distorted to create a darker, heavier atmosphere.
It all started with the intention of making music for video games (like boss battles), but over time it evolved into more passionate music.
