Designed experiments, performed simulation studies, analyzed cell-free DNA methylation and protein data, and wrote protocols and reports to support IVD product development. Contributed to pre-submission documents and teleconference presentations to propose and negotiate analytical validation study designs with the FDA. Worked with wet lab and modeling research teams to create test sets from existing experimental data and design new experiments to inform future model development. Supervised an intern investigating sources of variability in sequencing QC metrics.

Coordinated resourcing and timelines for analytical validation analyses and reports in collaboration with the development, regulatory, and project management teams. Managed a team of 2 computational biologists, in addition to independent contributor responsibilities described below.

Recipient of the Cancer Genomics and Ethics of Big Data Science fellowship; attended full-time ethics course; discussed ongoing ethics consults; performed independent research to investigate privacy risks in public epigenetic data.
