I lead end-to-end product design for Xapii, an AI-enabled platform that supports complex financial and decision workflows. I translate messy, real-world processes into clear, resilient user experiences and collaborate with Product and Engineering to define scope, navigate trade-offs, and ship features while learning from real usage post-launch. I work with a lean, cross-functional team and report to a Senior Design Manager, influencing B2B and B2C product design across platform-level workflows. I advocate for expert users through deep UX research, prototyping, and close collaboration with PMs, POs, Analysts, Engineers, and SMEs to understand constraints and negotiate trade-offs early in the discovery process. I design and prototype interactions to communicate ideas, validate assumptions, and drive rapid, aligned decision-making.
