Supported seasonal product launches and merchandising updates, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Led end-to-end product development for an independent womenswear brand, managing a budget and a collection of 100 SKUs from concept through sampling, production planning and launch against critical path and budgets. Served as primary point of contact with overseas manufacturing partners, completing 15+ sampling rounds to refine fit, construction and quality ahead of production sign-off. Designed and specified custom garment pieces, taking an hands-on role in fabrics selection, colourways and detailing while directing seamstress construction and finishing. Sourced and evaluated fabrics and trims (including croc-print PU, faux fur, mesh, lace, jersey and velour) for cost, quality and suitability across premium technically varied garments. Reviewed development samples and communicated fit/construction amendments to ensure design intent translated accurately into production. Managed production budgets, supplier lead times and launch deadlines across multiple workstreams simultaneously. Con
