Architected a modular chat application supporting 5 LLMs across cloud and on-prem environments. Prototyped a FastAPI backend integrating 13 customizable personas and context-aware retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector databases to process documents up to 30 MB. Deployed a scalable solution on Google Cloud Run and Firebase, resulting in a 38% improvement in user satisfaction.
