Sona Joseph

Hello, my name is Sona Joseph, and I am a Java backend developer with 6 years of experience in designing, building, and scaling enterprise applications. Over the years, I’ve worked with Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, Hibernate, and SQL databases, delivering reliable and efficient solutions for diverse business needs.

I’ve successfully developed and deployed 8+ projects for different clients, where I not only handled API development, database design, and integration, but also took on responsibilities like mentoring junior developers, leading a Java team of 8 members, and collaborating directly with clients to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions.

What makes me stand out is my ability to combine strong technical expertise with clear communication and problem-solving skills. I focus on creating solutions that are not just technically sound but also aligned with business goals, ensuring long-term value for clients. I also bring experience in performance optimization, load testing, and best coding practices, which helps in building systems that are both scalable and maintainable.

In short, I bring a mix of hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and a client-focused mindset, which helps me deliver impactful results.
