Hi, I’m Sophia Walsh. I’m a Paris-based writer, poet, and artist with a background in linguistics and creative writing. My work spans fiction, poetry, translations, and archival projects, and I’m active across Paris and Melbourne’s literary scenes, with publications in The Yale Review, Overland, and Buffalo Zine. I’m currently teaching English and pursuing studies in philosophy and archives, continually exploring language, memory, and queer archives in my writing. I enjoy collaborative and experimental forms, and I’ve worked with the Australian Queer Archives and Divided Publishing, participated in readings and exhibitions in Melbourne and Paris, and I’m always eager to collaborate on new writing, translation, and art projects.
