Subhajit Adak

Hi, I’m Subhajit Adak, a senior AI animator blending traditional 2D animation principles with cutting-edge Generative AI. With nearly 20 years in the industry, I craft high-fidelity visuals and cinematic sequences, leveraging Runway Gen-3 and Kling AI to push the boundaries of what 2D animation can achieve.

I’ve delivered visual excellence for global studios across the USA, Italy, and India, supervised animation teams, and built scalable AI-driven pipelines for film, TV, and games. I’m passionate about character performance, lip-sync, rigging, and storyboarding, and I love collaborating with international teams to bring characters to life.
