Acted as a change agent partnering with TPMs to execute hardware development projects, builds, and releases. Coordinated schedules and deliverables with cross-functional engineering, operations, and sourcing teams. Designed and implemented performance metrics to monitor program health and team efficiency. Supported procurement processes, vendor onboarding, logistics, and BOM management. Utilized Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, and QCAT to track progress and identify performance gaps. Collaborated on hardware-software API testing to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
