I am a digital designer with 12 years of professional experience creating print, web, and photography content. I previously worked remotely for Blair, one of the leading online retailers of elderly apparel. I started off as a lowly intern, but my ambitious journey up the ranks of the design team has taught me many invaluable lessons. I’ve learned to juggle multiple styles across several different brand identities, and transition swiftly between print and web design. My vision as a designer is driven by my life experiences, and as such, I am relentlessly seeking out new ones, from repairing bikes in the desert heat of Burning Man to creating music from circuit bent electronic toys and experimenting with wearable LEDs. Life has inspired me to become a creator and a problem solver, skills I’ve used designing board games, working pro bono for local films and nonprofits. Being able to work remotely has allowed me the freedom to see and explore many fascinating parts of the world. I have spent months visiting countries like Jamaica and Thailand while being able to perform my job as well as finding ways to give back to the local community. My online portfolio can be found at trevorclifford.com.
