    Metalouge is a blockchain-powered e-commerce application developed to align with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) framework. The platform integrates technologies like Svelte, Medusa.js, SQL, AWS, and Ether.js to enable decentralized, secure, and scalable digital commerce.

    🔹 My Role:
    I designed the product architecture, led the coordination of cross-functional development tasks, and ensured smooth integration between the front-end, backend, and blockchain components. I collaborated with developers, UX designers, and blockchain engineers to align the platform with ONDC protocols.

    🎯 What I Did:

    Created user flows and system architecture aligned with ONDC standards.
    Managed and streamlined collaboration between front-end, backend, and smart contract modules.
    Oversaw design implementation in Svelte and workflow setup using Medusa.js.
    Coordinated the integration of Ether.js for secure, blockchain-based transaction processing.
    Supervised deployment and testing phases on AWS, ensuring performance and uptime.
