Led end-to-end product design for Forse Insights, a Web3 growth analytics platform. Scaled the product from a single protocol analysis to multi-protocol workflows used by 10+ major protocols. Designed and owned the foundational design system and data-visualization library, enabling consistency and fast iteration across dashboards, workflows, and internal tools. Collaborated with PMs, Data, and Engineering from discovery through launch, improving usability and trust in data-heavy workflows. Joined as the first UI/UX designer and promoted to Design Lead to own product UX, design systems, and brand direction.
