I configured Alex, a GoHighLevel AI voice agent for a chiropractic practice, to answer live incoming calls, respond to enquiries, capture caller details, and assist with appointment booking.

The setup included custom conversation instructions, a branded greeting, appointment booking actions, and CRM contact updates. From October 1–27, the Alex dashboard recorded 36 calls, 66 actions triggered, and 97% positive sentiment.
