Led a cross-functional team of four developers delivering multiple cross-platform Flutter applications. Owned technical architecture and delivery quality, including state management, REST/real-time API integrations, testing, CI/CD, release delivery, and production support. Built high-performance apps using GetX, Firebase, and SignalR to support real-time user features like instant messaging and social interactions, plus appointment/booking workflows and push notifications. Established automated testing practices and CI/CD using GitHub Actions and CodeMagic to improve reliability and development velocity, and mentored junior developers through code reviews and pair programming.

Developed and maintained warehouse management applications (PMS and AMS) for iOS and Android using Flutter. Integrated Bluetooth barcode scanners for real-time inventory tracking and warehouse workflows. Implemented offline-first synchronization with local persistence via Hive and SQLite for unreliable connectivity environments. Collaborated with a Singapore backend team on RESTful APIs and WebSocket services, supported integration testing, and deployed the apps to 10+ warehouses across Southeast Asia, including ongoing production maintenance.

Built native Android applications using Java and Kotlin, including Bluetooth communication services for device connectivity and data exchange. Integrated APIs and coordinated with backend teams to ensure reliable data flow between mobile applications and services. Gained hands-on experience across the mobile development lifecycle, including debugging, Agile delivery, and application maintenance.
