Client Journey Mapping – I lead the mapping and documentation of workflows across the retirement planning process, giving the team clarity on every client touchpoint and ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences.
Lead Generation Systems – I lead campaigns and funnels that capture leads from multiple sources, including YouTube, Google/FB/IG Ads, blogs, FedSmith, referrals, webinars, and in-person seminars.
Email Marketing – I lead the strategy and execution of DRIP campaigns, delivering two automated sequences each week plus an additional monthly nurture campaign. These campaigns build trust, reinforce education, and drive consistent engagement and appointments.
Content Strategy & Production – I lead the production of YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars, and educational materials that turn complex financial topics into clear, compliant, and engaging content.
Workflow Automation – I oversee Calendly scheduling systems with automated reminders and integrated follow-up via calls, texts, and emails, increasing commitment and reducing no-shows.
System Integrations – I manage the connection of marketing tools to the CRM using Zapier and custom automations, ensuring leads are captured, tagged, and nurtured without data loss or manual friction.
In-Person Marketing – I lead creative strategy for educational seminars, from campaign planning to event collateral, driving attendance and positioning the firm as a trusted resource.
Website & Digital Presence – I oversee the firm’s website, landing pages, and SEO-friendly blogs published on-site, Medium, and third-party outlets.
Magazine Publishing – I manage a bi-monthly magazine that is delivered to clients’ homes, strengthening brand loyalty and reinforcing thought leadership.
Thought Leadership – I lead the creation and editing of articles under the firm’s and advisors' names, positioning CD Financial as a trusted voice in both federal retirement and financial planning.
Creative Oversight – I direct, create, and edit visuals, graphics, and brand storytelling across campaigns, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements while maintaining a professional, on-brand, spoken, and human-first tone.
