Onboarded contributors and hosted weekly community calls for deep tech founders. Conducted interviews with deep tech founders and scientists and translated their input into user journeys to align the product with community needs.

Conducted user research and usability testing for the NAPA Logbook UI, helping align product decisions across design, engineering and business stakeholders.
